These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WinForge ("the Service"), operated by WinForge ("we," "us," or "our") at winforge.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WinForge. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

WinForge offers both a monthly subscription plan and a one-time lifetime access plan. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Prices are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with advance notice. Existing subscribers will not be retroactively charged.
We offer a 7-day refund for monthly subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the Service. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at therealkevinsullivan10@gmail.com.
Refunds are issued at our discretion after the applicable period has passed.

You retain full ownership of the content you create in WinForge — your goals, tasks, habits, and reflections. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell your content, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
We aim to keep WinForge available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
In the unlikely event that we discontinue the Service entirely, lifetime plan holders will be given at least 90 days' notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of WinForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
